Old South Golf Links

Designed by Clyde Johnston, Old South Golf Links on Hilton Head Island is one of the Low Country’s premier public golf courses. It’s a challenging and affordable course that is renowned for its natural beauty. The course features a range of scenery, from the Intracoastal marsh to the island greens.

Originally built in 1982, the golf course quickly became a local favorite. This 18-hole course offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Hilton Head Island as well as winding lakes and lush vegetation.

The golf course is rated in the top 100 in the US. It also has been recognized as a Top 25 Public Course by Golf Digest. The course is the site of a number of local tournaments, including the PGA RBC Heritage, an annual golf tournament.

The course is situated just over the bridge from Hilton Head Island. It is a true golfer’s dream. There are plenty of tees to choose from, and there are no houses in sight.
