Finally a company that does an excellent job! They power washed our house, very large driveway, porches and brick steps and cleaned our windows inside and outside. No one has ever cleaned our steps and driveway where they looked new. They are meticulous as well and cleaned up behind themselves. Don’t look any further.

They did a great job. We’ve lived here for 24 years. Been through several window cleaners. We were referred to these people by friends. Windows looked fantastic. We did see a few streaks on a couple of windows. They came back the next morning and fixed it up lickety split! Would highly recommend.

Pressure-washing of home was good & met our expectations. The cleaning of our windows was disappointing. Window frames paint was chipped on numerous windows. It looks like some chemical was used, Sunco says no chemicals, just water pressure. Wish we had known beforehand.

Called 3 different providers to clean our windows and seal our brick patio. Sunco came out and provided their competitive proposal before the others even returned the call. The windows were cleaned masterfully and the sealed bricks look great but need to see how long the sealing lasts. All in all, very pleased with the experience. Only issue is they asked for a tip when I paid the invoice but no explanation on where the tip goes. If I knew it went to the guys that did the work then I would have tipped.

All four descriptions: good quality, good value, professional and responsive company; definitely describes SunCo, but more importantly, as a customer, they basically went “above and beyond”. They took their time to make sure all the windows were as exactly as we wanted them (both inside and out were too OUR satisfaction).We also needed to have our driveway powered washed. We have had that done before by another company and honestly, the previous company did not even come close to that new and clean look!! Our driveway was absolutely PERFECT.Don’t waste your time looking for another company. SunCo is the BEST. Will only use them.

Sunco was wonderful to deal with for hanging holiday lights in our neighborhood. They were very helpful with planning and kept to the budget we had in mind. When it came time for installation, they came on time and worked so hard to assure everything was hung just right. They obviously take pride in their work.

Sunco performed an exterior soft wash on our house.The men doing the work were very professional and they did a great job. The price was in line for the work they did. We were very impressed with how our porch and railings came so clean. We were sure they would need to be painted but once Sunco finished, it wasn't necessary! We will definitely keep them in mind when another cleaning is needed.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Sunco. We just moved into our home with a need of a complete top to bottom power wash. Sunco arrived early (when does that ever happen) and by the time they were finished our roof, driveway, pool deck and outside windows were the cleanest they have been in years. From the minute that I called to everybody, I spoke to and the techs that came, I can’t express enough as to how polite, professional, friendly they all were and I have a picture that I am sending to show you. I wish I had a before picture because This mirror has not been cleaned in over 10 years. I thought it was ruined. This was our first time using Sunco and they did an excellent job with our house washing, window cleaning (including many skylights which are not easy to access) roof blow-off, driveway and pool deck cleaning.The two-man team arrived on time, and were pleasant, efficient and thorough. Our experience started when we arranged our service. Immediate response via email to my request. The appointment was set and price quoted. My scheduled day started with rain and Brian left me a voice message early and requested to reschedule while leaving a proposed makeup date within two days of the original day. He provided his cell or I could contact the office, which I did. Within 1 hour of my email to the office, I was confirmed.The crew arrived early, set up and we discussed their plan. The process was methodical & effective. The experience ended with me writing a check and asking about my appointment for next year. Definitely a five star operation.YEAR 2 - No change to my comments above except we had no rain. It’s class operation and scheduled for next year 2020 on completion of 2019 last week. Also, their prices are excellent.Another year(2024). Service STILL EXCELLENT. The crew is punctual and mannerly. Mr Brian Sauls must have a training course that beats all.

We’ve lived in our house for 5 years, and it has never been cleaned. In other words, it was getting pretty grimy with algae and even some mildew. I saw an ad for Sunco in our neighborhood publication and reached out to them. The job they did was AMAZING! Our house looks like it has been freshly painted - no kidding!!They got snarled in bridge traffic coming onto the island the morning of our service call, but reached out to let me know. When they arrived, we did a walk around, and they went right to work. Wow! Just Wow! Exactly what we hoped for and the price was quite reasonable given what service CAN cost on HHI. Thank you, Sunco!

Excellent customer service and friendly employees . Service was timely, individuals performing the service were very professional. Soft wash on the stucco was excellent, all of the stains from the shingles were removed. Also had an external window cleaning, great results. I will make this an annual task to be completed by SUNCO. Have utilized the services of Sunoco PowerWash for 4 years. Been extremely pleased with their work. In addition to PowerWash the home, they scrub/clean the gutters (no more dark streaks). PowerWash the concrete driveway, clean windows and PowerWash the screened porch. When they are done the home looks brand new. There are many PowerWash companies. Sunoco is the best. There level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched.
