Pressure-washing of home was good & met our expectations. The cleaning of our windows was disappointing. Window frames paint was chipped on numerous windows. It looks like some chemical was used, Sunco says no chemicals, just water pressure. Wish we had known beforehand.

Called 3 different providers to clean our windows and seal our brick patio. Sunco came out and provided their competitive proposal before the others even returned the call. The windows were cleaned masterfully and the sealed bricks look great but need to see how long the sealing lasts. All in all, very pleased with the experience. Only issue is they asked for a tip when I paid the invoice but no explanation on where the tip goes. If I knew it went to the guys that did the work then I would have tipped.

All four descriptions: good quality, good value, professional and responsive company; definitely describes SunCo, but more importantly, as a customer, they basically went “above and beyond”. They took their time to make sure all the windows were as exactly as we wanted them (both inside and out were too OUR satisfaction).We also needed to have our driveway powered washed. We have had that done before by another company and honestly, the previous company did not even come close to that new and clean look!! Our driveway was absolutely PERFECT.Don’t waste your time looking for another company. SunCo is the BEST. Will only use them.

Setting up appointment was very easy. The guys were here to wash the windows outside and inside. They began outside at the top and worked their way down then came inside. The gentlemen were polite and worked very well together cleaning windows and a sky light on the roof! I have not seen the sky from that room since we moved in a year ago! Very efficient, in and out in less than two hours but I didn’t really keep track! Well worth the money!
